From shipping container to settled in.

A new expat lands in Gurgaon on a Tuesday. Their household shipment is in transit and will not arrive for weeks. They need a bed by Tuesday night, a refrigerator and washing machine by Wednesday, a sofa and dining set by Friday when the family flies in.

We hold a curated catalogue of premium furniture and appliances on rent across NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad. One enquiry covers selection, delivery, installation, maintenance and lifecycle support. Stays from one month upwards.

01 Furniture

Premium furniture for living, sleeping, working and dining.

Curated furniture for studios through to 4-BHK homes. Sofas, beds, mattresses, wardrobes, study and work-from-home desks, dining sets, coffee tables, side tables and storage.

The catalogue is selected to match the standards expats and senior leadership expect, in finishes that pair cleanly with the premium condominiums we lease for the same clients.

02 Electronics & Appliances

Every appliance the home actually needs from day one.

Major appliances, kitchen electronics and air-quality equipment from brands the client will recognise. Delivered, installed and demonstrated at handover. Service requests routed to OEM-authorised technicians.

For NCR and other metro catchments, we include air purifiers (with HEPA filters) as standard given the air-quality reality. Water purifiers with annual filter changes are scheduled at handover.

03 Delivery, Installation & Lifecycle

Handover to pickup, we hold the entire relationship.

Site survey before delivery to confirm fit and access. Co-ordinated delivery slot, professional installation, on-site demonstration and a written inventory note signed at handover.

During the tenancy, scheduled servicing for appliances, on-call repair or replacement on breakdown, mid-tenancy upgrades or swaps as the family situation changes. At end of tenancy we pick up, inspect and close the inventory in one visit.

  • Pre-delivery site survey for fit, access, lift dimensions and electrical readiness
  • Scheduled delivery slot and professional installation
  • On-site demonstration and signed inventory at handover
  • Scheduled annual / bi-annual maintenance on major appliances
  • On-call repair or replacement on breakdown
  • End-of-tenancy pickup, inspection and inventory close-out in a single visit
