Turnkey serviced apartments for individuals and families.

Move-in ready furnished apartments in premium condominiums across NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad. Linen, kitchen kit, internet, utilities, weekly housekeeping and a single point of contact, all included in the monthly fee.

Flexible stays from 1 month upwards, without the 11-month lock-in that comes with a traditional residential lease.

02 Project-Team Residences

Multi-unit blocks for delegations and project crews.

For factory builds, audit visits and multi-month delegations, we hold blocks of contiguous serviced apartments with a shared lounge, in-house dining options and a single consolidated invoice. Project leads keep their teams housed without managing ten separate landlords.

Where the engagement requires it, we arrange security clearance, dedicated transport rotation, and dietary management for the team.

The reason serviced apartments work for expats is the operations layer underneath them. We run that layer: FRRO registration for foreign nationals, airport transfers, transport co-ordination, dietary requests, laundry and on-site maintenance fixes when something breaks at 9pm.
