These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the trustedindia.in website, the corporate services described on it, and any bookings you make at our hotel, Fuji Ryokan Corporate Stays, at DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon. The website and services are operated by Trusted Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Trusted India", "we", "us", "our"), with registered office at #257, Platinum Heights, Sector-18B, Dwarka, New Delhi — 110078, India.
By accessing the website or submitting an enquiry, booking, or instruction, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
- By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, sending a WhatsApp message via the buttons on this site, or making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract, and that you accept these Terms in full.
- If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation, and references to "you" in these Terms include that organisation.
2. About Trusted India and the services described
- Trusted India is a private limited company incorporated in India on 3 June 2010, providing corporate relocation, commercial and residential leasing, serviced apartments, vehicle leasing, furniture & electronics rental, immigration / FRRO support, and hospitality services through Fuji Ryokan Corporate Stays.
- Service descriptions on this website are general summaries. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any engagement are set out in the engagement letter or booking confirmation we issue to you.
3. Using this website
- You may use the site for legitimate enquiry, booking, and research purposes only.
- You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, scrape or harvest data, reverse-engineer or decompile our code, or submit malware or other harmful content.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information when submitting an enquiry, a booking, or any document we request.
- We may, at our sole discretion, refuse service, decline enquiries, or block users who breach these Terms.
4. Enquiries and bookings are not contracts
- Submitting an enquiry form, contact request, or booking request via this website does not in itself create a contract between you and Trusted India.
- For corporate services (leasing, immigration, fleet, serviced apartments, furniture & electronics rental), a binding contract exists only once Trusted India issues you a written engagement letter that you counter-sign.
- For Fuji Ryokan Corporate Stays, a booking is confirmed only when Trusted India sends you a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
5. Bookings at Fuji Ryokan Corporate Stays
- A "booking request" submitted through this website is not a guaranteed reservation. We aim to confirm availability within 30 minutes during business hours, or immediately on WhatsApp.
- All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable GST and any local levies, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Standard check-in is from 14:00 IST and check-out is by 12:00 noon IST. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Photo identification is required at check-in for every guest. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa, and may be subject to FRRO registration in line with Indian regulations.
- House policies (including smoking, visitor, dietary and conduct policies) will be communicated at the time of confirmation and apply throughout the stay.
6. Cancellation & refunds
Fuji Ryokan Corporate Stays
- Cancellations must be communicated by email to fujitrusted@gmail.com or by WhatsApp to +91-9818868200.
- More than 72 hours before check-in: full refund of any amount paid, less applicable bank or payment-gateway charges.
- Between 24 and 72 hours before check-in: 50% refund of amount paid.
- Within 24 hours of check-in or no-show: no refund.
- Refunds, where due, are processed within 16–30 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed in writing.
Corporate services
- Engagement-level cancellation, suspension and refund terms are governed by the signed engagement letter, not by this page.
- Where no signed engagement is in place, any advance deposit or retainer paid is refundable less actual costs and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by us up to the date of cancellation.
7. Payment
- Hotel bookings: full payment is due before check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Corporate services: payment is per the milestones and schedule set out in your signed engagement letter.
- Accepted methods: bank transfer (RTGS / NEFT / IMPS), UPI, and corporate cheque drawn on an Indian bank. Other methods may be accepted by prior agreement.
- All amounts are payable in Indian Rupees unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Overdue invoices may attract simple interest at 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
8. Your obligations
- You will provide complete and accurate information when interacting with us, including identification documents, addresses, and business details.
- For immigration, FRRO and similar regulated services, you authorise us to act on your behalf with the relevant authorities and warrant that documents you submit to us are genuine and unaltered.
- You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including evasion of immigration, tax, or anti-money-laundering laws.
- You will treat our staff, vendors, hotel partners and other service providers with respect.
9. Intellectual property
- All content on this website — other than client logos and content clearly identified as belonging to a third party — is the property of Trusted India or our licensors, including the Fuji Ryokan Corporate Stays brand, logo and photographs.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, frame, republish or otherwise commercially exploit any content from the site without our prior written consent.
10. Third-party services
- This site embeds Google Maps to show our hotel location, uses Web3Forms to deliver form submissions to our inbox, and integrates with WhatsApp for direct messaging. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy notices.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or performance of any third-party service.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- This site and our services are provided subject to our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of this website shall be limited to the lower of (a) INR 10,000, or (b) the amount actually paid by you to Trusted India in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
12. Indemnity
- You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Trusted India, its directors, officers, employees and authorised agents from and against any third-party claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of our services, or your submission of inaccurate or fraudulent information to us.
13. Force majeure
- Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic, acts of war or terrorism, civil disturbance, government action, regulatory change, strikes, internet or telecommunications outages, or failures of upstream service providers.
- The affected party will notify the other promptly, and the parties will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact.
14. Governing law & dispute resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. Failing resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language shall be English.
- Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at New Delhi and Gurugram shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising in connection with these Terms.
15. Termination, changes & entire agreement
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including any breach of these Terms. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that have accrued before termination.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is the one displayed on this page. Material changes affecting a contracted service will be notified to the relevant client by email.
- If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. Together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and any signed engagement letter or booking confirmation, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trusted India in relation to your use of this website.
